One part I didn't write about, which is in the book, is about this document Red Lines that an NGO in Israel managed to get released in 2010 under their right to information laws. It actually speaks of calculations on what should be the minimum amount of food so that the population is kept just above starvation, and at the same time, doesn't violate international law.
